What belongs in the shared memory

Structured knowledge.
Not a pile of prompts.

Business Intelligence is our internal knowledge foundation, not simply an analytics dashboard. It keeps factual business information, approved brand expression, design instructions and operating procedures distinct, so each agent can retrieve the right context for its work.

Business facts.

Offerings, products, services, audience, markets, locations and business policies, with their source and approval state.

Used to understand the business, guide lead targeting and ground replies.

Brand and voice.

Brand DNA, positioning, approved tone, personality and brand narrative. Brand.md captures the business’s approved brand direction.

Creative expression is labelled separately from verified facts.

Design language.

Logo assets, palette, typography, visual rules and references. Design.md makes the approved design system usable by creative agents.

Used across product imagery, infographics, catalogues, UI and websites.
Where the knowledge goes

Custom ERP / Built for your business

Business knowledge.
Operational control.

We provide custom ERP systems tailored to the way your business works. Business Intelligence is the proposed knowledge foundation for their agents, not a replacement for the ERP database or its controls.

Discuss a custom ERP

Custom ERP is a service we provide. The shared-intelligence connection shown here is an architecture direction, not a claim of live integration.

01

Understand the operating context.

Retrieve relevant approved procedures, policies and business information through the Context API. A purchasing agent needs purchasing rules, not the entire brand history.

02

Work from current ERP records.

Combine that knowledge with authorized order, stock, purchasing and invoice data from ERP services. Live status and deterministic calculations remain authoritative in the ERP.

03

Execute through the right controls.

Agents recommend or prepare actions. ERP services check permissions, current state and business rules, request approval where required, and retain the result and audit trail. New business knowledge needs separate review.

The boundaries matter

Shared context.
Clear ownership.

The proposed design shares what agents need to understand the business. It does not move every working file, customer conversation or financial record into one universal store.

Scoped access

Business and brand identifiers keep tenants separate. Agents retrieve only the approved information relevant to their task.

Versioned publication

Publish an approved revision with its source. Keep history, pin the revision used by an agent and resolve conflicting updates explicitly.

Product-owned records

Creative projects stay in Desynagent. CRM and conversations stay in Destoflow. Orders, inventory, invoices and operational transactions stay in the ERP.

Reviewed learning

Useful new information becomes a proposed update first. A reviewed publication changes shared knowledge, not an unverified message.

A separate product domain

Ledgize handles
a different kind of work.

Explore Ledgize

Desynagent, Destoflow and custom ERP systems handle creative, customer and operational work. Ledgize focuses on accounting, audit and tax workflows, with its own financial data and review requirements.

Basic business identity and permissions may be shared where appropriate. Ledgers, working papers, tax records and audit evidence belong in Ledgize’s controlled domain, not in brand or conversation memory.

A domain boundary, not an implemented Ledgize integration.
